BIO: Mike Mignola was born in Berkeley California in 1960 where he used to haunt used bookstores and fell in love with ghosts. He has drawn a whole lot of stuff for Marvel, DC and Dark Horse comic, has done concept art for both live action and animated film and has co-written a couple novels. He is best known for creating HELLBOY and a great many Hellboy-related characters and recently began writing and drawing a series of folklore inspired “Lands Unknown” graphic novels. When not drawing stories about ghosts and monsters he is painting pictures of ghosts and monsters, and he can still, occasionally, be found haunting used bookstores. He lives in New York City.
