BIO: Mark H. Harris is an entertainment journalist who has written about pop culture in general and horror cinema in particular for over 20 years for New York magazine, Vulture, Rotten Tomatoes, About.com, PopMatters, and the Salem Horror Fest, in addition to penning liner notes for the vinyl reissue of the Blaxploitation soundtrack Lord Shango and contributing essays to the Oxford Handbook of Black Horror Film and a limited edition Blu-ray release of the French horror film Frontier(s). A lifelong horror fan, he created the website BlackHorrorMovies.com in 2005 as the premier online source chronicling the history of Black representation and achievement in horror cinema. He was a featured commentator in the acclaimed documentary Horror Noire and the Shudder series Behind the Monsters.

BIO: Andrea Janes tells ghost stories for a living. She is the co-author of A Haunted History of Invisible Women and the owner and founder of Boroughs of the Dead, a boutique tour company dedicated to dark and unusual walking tours of New York City. Her personal obsessions include weird history, slapstick comediennes, witches, ghosts, all things nautical, and beer. She lives in Brooklyn where she can usually be found by the ocean or near a cemetery.
