BIO: Linda Cheng is a Bram Stoker Award-nominated Taiwanese-Canadian author of fantasy and horror. She was born in Taiwan, and spent her childhood moving between cultures and continents, obsessed with ghost stories from both the East and the West. She received her BFA from the Savannah College of Art and Design, and worked as an art director across South Carolina and Georgia where she developed a deep love for sweet tea, grits, and Southern Gothic horror. Her debut novel Gorgeous Gruesome Faces was named one of Kirkus Review’s best young adult books of 2023, and was nominated for the OLA White Pine Award. Her middle grade debut The Gravedigger’s Apprentice, a supernatural action adventure, is forthcoming in 2027.
